a loosely painted mountain scene

Here is one of the peices I painted last week...it felt great to put in the strong colors...paint in an expressive way...not too finicky.  I am determined to dash out a few plein-aire sessions between the raindrops of this soggy spring!
yes - that's my thumb on the bottom - not too pro, but I wanted to get this little beauty out to you : )
